Follow the cycling instructions on the label - Prohormones are not intended to take ongoing and need to be cycled so tolerance levels and health issues don’t arise.
Use an anti-estrogen supplement during the Prohormone cycle - Use an anti-estrogen supplement to help control estrogen formation and to help minimize shutdown of the hypothalamic pituitary testicular axis (HPTA).
This is especially beneficial if you are taking a prohormone that either aromatizes directly (androstenedione) or can convert to a hormone that aromatizes (4-androstenediol, 19-nor-4-androstenediol). In the case of non aromatizing prohormones like 1-Androsterone, the concomitant use of an anti-estrogen is not as necessary since estrogen formation is not an issue.
Use an anti-estrogen as a post cycle therapy - As a general rule, use an anti-estrogen therapy for as long as your prohormone cycle was active.
Eat some fat - Take Prohormones with food that contains some fat since most prohormones are fat soluble and need it to be properly metabolized.
Check the date - Never purchase expired prohormones. It’s important to make sure that your Prohormones have not expired and are still effective.
